My creative space...


I did this sketch a bit back and decided to turn it into a screen print. So today I went into the print work shop to make a start!
Colour 1...


colour 2... 


on the drying rack...


colour 3! I've two more colours left to print which I'll do next Tuesday.


what do you think so far?

  4. Ah thanks guys, it's a real boost to hear your comments. There is a bit more work involved John, I have to draw separate artworks in black for each colour separation, then copy them onto acetate to make each screen, and mixing the colours can be quite trickie too! than again:)

  7. personally i enjoy the spices colors , the vintage feel is there if you ment it , i belive it will turn out super when it will be done .love your work as always .have a good weekend .

  11. Gorgeous - I love seeing how it progresses from sketch to print. The pattern on her skirt is my favourite part... I am ALL about semi-circles at the moment!
