Mum's Meakin milk jug

Back in my happy place this morning, in the print room at WYPW to finish this screen print,

'Mum's Meakin milk jug'

The sun was streaming in, 

and the prints were drying fast in this fabulous tropical Yorkshire summer we're having!

All prints have been numbered and signed and listed in my Etsy shop.

My mum had lots of J & G Meakin pottery in the kitchen when I was growing up. 

I just love the retro floral design, makes me feel all nostalgic for the 70's kitchen I grew up in. 

With it's wooden spice rack filled with spices that never got used and it's crinkle chip cutter, 

which definitely did get used!
