Book Inspiration...

I bought this beautiful little book Smell of Spring 
by the Japanese artist Natsuo Ikegami
from her Etsy shop Natsuo's Cats back in 2011.

Natsuo was selling the book in support for the victims of a massive earthquake and tsunami
which struck the north east coast of Japan.

I love the personality's of Natsuo's cats which come through in the beautiful line work.

I'm inspired by the simplicity and arrangement of each image 

and feel very lucky to have a copy of this special little book.
