Training...

Lil had a teacher training day today so we went walking together for 3 hours this morning,
it was lovely to have some just me & Lil time and feel the wind through my hair, magic.

Lil on the other hand decided not to feel the wind through her hair but wear the biggest bobble hat she could find!

It was fab to see that spring has sprung and nature is busy doing naturey things, fab!

I've ended Monday by doing a 3 mile run which I think has just about finished me off!
Hope you had a fab Monday:)

  7. It is good to see Spring had sprung in your neck of the woods. I have checked round the lake for frog-spawn (we have plenty of frogs), but can see none as yet. Maybe I should look harder?

P.S. You are looking good. In fact, even not considering what you have been through you are putting me to shame. I must get on and do something about myself - and soon! :)

  12. Hi Lisa! Glad to see you're doing so well, and wishing you loads of luck with your training and fundraising for the trek in September.. I went up Mount Etna on my honeymoon, but only in a cable car - so nothing quite so strenuous!
