my creative space...

...year two's class room teaching a self portrait class,

and these are some of the fab results...

All the children had to bring in something to put on for their portraits and had little mirrors to look in to study their faces. 

It was really really lovely to do something where the process of creating the art was just as, if not more important than the finished results.... although as you can see, for 6 & 7 year old's we got some cracking results!!

I don't know if I could be a teacher on a full time basis... very tiring! 

...but very rewarding!
