wonderful discovery...

I bought a card a while back published by Woodmansterne by the artist Emiko Aida.

I was taken by the beautiful illustration of the children in the library listening to a story being read, also the use of colour. I found the card the other day under a pile of reference to sort out and thought I'd research the artist to see more of her work,

wow!

I was blown over by the gorgeous illustrations capturing everyday scenes, the characterizations, style and the colour in her etchings and aquatints, just gorgeous.
